This gallery contains photographs of fireworks. It's an interesting subject to photograph. Since photography is painting with light, the photographs in this gallery represent trying to paint with light in an environment that is constantly changing, constantly moving, and unpredictable. Each image is unique. They are all shot with the camera on manual, camera on a tripod, using a cable release, shutter set to "bulb" (that means I am opening the shutter and choosing when to close it), and that camera is focused on a fixed portion of the sky.
